We hired TriCounty to replace interior drain tile in a crawl space and encapsulate the space. We obtained 3 quotes from similar providers. TriCounty offered the solution that most aligned with our interests. Unlike the other professionals, Frank suggested adding an additional sump pit and pump which we thought was a good solution for our situation. Two weeks from closing sell of house, heavy rains revealed seepage in one area of basement at foundation. Luckily called this company who not only immediately knew the cause but came out to assess the situation right after the call, same day. The next day, the work began. They completely resolved the issue at a very reasonable price, provided a warranty for the new home owners. Very grateful for their business.
