I recently attended an event where Tri County was the caterer. They had the best chicken I have ever had. It was fall off the bone delicious. The sides were also excellent. The only disappointment was that when I looked them up, it is not possible to get a small quantity of food from them. I am hoping I can find out where they might be serving food at another event so I can sample their other dishes. Or have more of their excellent chicken. Did I mention how good it really was.
