We have used Tri county a few times now mainly for dish washer issues. The tech that comes out is always very nice and helpful.The staff that you speak to on the phone is definitely not though. 2 weeks ago when the tech first came out, he showed up around 10 but I was not called till 20 mins after he arrived to let me know that he was on his way. Our refrigerator went out over the weekend. I called Ruby this morning and she sent a repairman right away. Jake was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend their services.

Great service! The washer in my rental unit had a leak and I researched appliance repair in the area and found Tri-County Appliance Repair. The service was fast, they called before they arrived. Ken was professional and courteous, told me what was needed, parts etc. and came back in two days (on a Saturday) and finished the repair. Very reasonable rates for the parts and service. Will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend their services.

Horrible experience! Called to repair stacked unit w/d on washer. Came out charged $83 for service call. Came out again, added two boards, charged $417 and left without washer being fixed. I am out $500. Afterwards, Miss Ruby and Tech stated they hated stacked units and did not sell them. Why do they come out then? I feel I have been taken advantage of and will report Tri County Appliances, Sevierville to Better Business Bureau. I have never had an experience like this and feel I should be refunded money paid. Had a broken dishwasher...called Tri- County Appliance at 8:00 and they had a repairman at the house before noon. He diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and had it repaired quickly. Very impressed with the service, and highly recommend them !

Matt came this morning to repair our refrigerator that was only 18 months old. After telling him the what noises it was making Until it stopped working he knew exactly the problem's. Fixed and corrected the water pressure! $100.00 Well Spent Will use only Tri County Appliance Service from now on! VERY Professional Company! Thank You Matt and Ruby!!!

Wow. I called for repair this morning on my fridge. 20 min and mike was here totally had to take apart everything and fixed motor / fan issue in an hour. Price was very fair for job done. Thank you all at Tri county appliance service. ��������������������

Horrible service and customer relations! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our washer was not filling with hot water. The tech said that we could use the washer on the cold water setting until we got the parts in. While the tech was at the house, my husband asked him about installing our new dishwasher. He said that only certain techs can do that but he would make sure to send a tech who could do both. He took our check and left. Then, Miss Ruby said that WE had to find the model number....wait...isn't that what I am paying your tec... read more
