We have used Tri county a few times now mainly for dish washer issues. The tech that comes out is always very nice and helpful.The staff that you speak to on the phone is definitely not though. 2 weeks ago when the tech first came out, he showed up around 10 but I was not called till 20 mins after he arrived to let me know that he was on his way.
