Tried to rip us off. Wanting $35000 to replace everything whereas we had someone else come in right after fixing the issue without replacing anything, with us paying pennies compared to what we were quoted with TriCounty.
Chase was great! He stayed to make sure our new water heater was set up and that we would have hot water over the weekend, helped set up the app, and was very easy to communicate with.
