The employees were extremely kind and helpful over the phone and while I was there. They answered all of my questions, provided me with important, necessary information I didn't even know to ask, and again, while at the store, they were so genuinely kind and helpful. "Genuinely" is the key word here. It wasn't fake or the corporate mandated script retail workers, service industry workers, and all other workers who deal in customer service are required to do.
