Go to Los Alamos medical center instead! Both times at this tricore the wait was 1 hours+. Lamc also gives a discount for paying up front and never waited more than 15 minutes.
Check in machine is a piece of crap. Touch screen is either out of order or so hard to punch in check in code. And why so long? 😭😭😭
I waited 30 minutes at 8:30 in the morning and no numbers were called. No one was at the front desk to let you know how long the wait was. I walked back and the employees were unpacking boxes and not with any patients. I would not recommend going to this place.
I haven't had any issues at Tricore besides a long wait, but now they're changing what tests they want to run on samples and not telling the doctor who requested the test until after the results are done! I brought in samples with specific tests to be ran, and they just didn't do some of them. What is the point of bringing in a request form for which tests should be ran if they just ignore it? Now if I want answers I have to collect another sample (ew) and wait another couple of days. The entitlement that they think they kno... read more
