I only waited seven minutes past my appointment time. Sandra was EXCELLENT! I am a very hard stick and she got it on the first try. She also listened when I was telling her about the needle type that goes best with my veins. I’ve had others get offended. I will be asking for her next time. This TRICORE is severely understaffed. I routinely get bloodwork done throughout the year so I’ve seen many other clinics. Laurel at TriCore is one of the best healthcare professionals I have come across. She is extremely knowledgeable, incredible with patients, and overall excellent at what she does. If you have any questions regarding bloodwork ask her. She goes by "Lau". Thank you for the amazing service you provided me during a difficult journey.
Went for bloodwork at 10am. Made an appointment, waited about 20 minutes but everything went well and pretty fast! Everyone was very friendly. No complaints.
Arrived ten minutes before appointment, Waited an hour still haven’t gotten serviced even though I reserved a spot online. Finally someone went to say why is it taking so long and all they said printer was having issues. They could’ve come to say something instead they just in the back cracking up laughing. No sense of communication or respect for peoples times. Worst service ever! Still waiting to be serviced…
Sent a bill for services 100% covered by insurance. Even after having this explained and having them chewed out by the hospital in question for their billing mistake, TriCore continue to send fraudulent bills. Absolutely avoid if at all possible.
