Only takes orders from Lovelace. Waited one hour before someone came out announcing they won't serve anyone else. Also, the waiting room moved so slowly. We watched people sit there for over half an hour before being called
Quick visit. Polite staff. No complaints.
We have been to other Tri Core places was in and out in minutes. But this place is ridiculous they take way to long just to draw blood. And are not very friendly.
It is so irritating to get up and drive to the lab for blood work only to discover that the location you chose only services certain patients of one hospital. If this is the case, this should be included somewhere other than on a handwritten note at the door to the lab.
Horrible service. Had before blood drawing at other locations and their service was fast and great. Here I’m waiting for more than one hour, I see two tech working and each patient takes 30-40 min to draw blood. No rush, no consideration people needs go back to work. I see they just working on own pace. In addition to this unorganized place tech saw order from Dr not from Lovelace so she refuse to take blood for that Dr because system will not allow it and recommended to go to another location (???).
