To much talking from the employee instead of taking care of patients
Not a good experience. I was ordered for labs and it just felt like they didn’t want to do my labs from the second I walked in. They gave me like 4 reasons they could not do them until I finally just decided to go elsewhere and walk out.
I would give no stars if I could. We require an alternative facility for blood draws. While the staff are pleasant, it is unreasonable that no one ever answers the phone, they never have my paperwork, and there is typically only one person working with 50 individuals attempting to get their blood drawn. It is extremely frustrating when you waste time arriving only to not have your necessary procedures completed.
Today, 11/5/25 I went to have blood drawn and it was empty. I was the only one there. There was 3 employees sitting gossiping about another employee. There is a big window there so they can see me waiting. They continue their conversation and called me 8 mins later. When I got to the back, they all was in the one. I ask for only the employee who would do the draw. They began to have an attitude afterwards. It took them 5-7 mins to figure out what blood the doctor was requesting to draw.
