Waited for hours to get my labs drawn then they lost my results or didn’t sent them out .. so I had to retake them somewhere else

The wait is ridiculous!!! I waited over 40 minutes just to get blood drawn.
Today I sat at Tricore Labs waiting almost an hour for a blood draw. At first, I was frustrated, until I realized the woman checking in patients at the front desk was also the one drawing blood. On top of that, she was dealing with some slow running computer issues. When it was finally my turn, I was nervous because Cancer has taken a toll on my veins.
