I just had a great experience at Tricore. I don’t like getting my blood drawn, but Danice made the process so much better. She is very sweet and funny. Her personality was very comforting. She was also very quick and gentle, which really helped. Afterwards, I got a little light headed, and she was very patient and caring. Thank you Denice!
Not cool!
Google states they close at 4. Lady who works there says 3:30. I stated I drove over 2 hours to get there at 3:22. She said not her problem. I was there before 3:30and she wouldn’t draw my blood because it would take to long to print out my lab order before she left in 9 minutes.
Not only did they mess up my blood tests the first time around by skipping the entire back page of my orders. I come back in, wait 45 minutes to be told my number was called while I was outside get a new number. But had no texts to my phone which is the system they say they use. The ladies up front are rude and only tell you to take a number.
