Google states they close at 4. Lady who works there says 3:30. I stated I drove over 2 hours to get there at 3:22. She said not her problem. I was there before 3:30and she wouldn’t draw my blood because it would take to long to print out my lab order before she left in 9 minutes.
Not only did they mess up my blood tests the first time around by skipping the entire back page of my orders. I come back in, wait 45 minutes to be told my number was called while I was outside get a new number. But had no texts to my phone which is the system they say they use. The ladies up front are rude and only tell you to take a number.
Very good experience at Tricore this morning. I had bad experience in past and was scared to have blood drawn. But Tammy was so understanding. used a butterfly needle to get blood from me. It hardly hurt. My whole experience got turned around.thank you Tammy and Tricore.
