I came in for a routine visit and was really disappointed with the check-in experience. ALEXIS, the clerk at the front desk, made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there. She tossed my ID and insurance card back at me, rolled her eyes, and had an overall dismissive attitude. If she put more energy into her CS skill rather than her appearance she might’ve got this one right. This location apparently only does presbyterian orders now. Wish they would have mentioned that when I setup an appointment!
