If you choose to go here have the Tricore customer service number on your phone. Sometimes they cannot find the lab or just get disagreeable. I drive past this and go to another. This is absolutely the rudest Tricore that exists. It is so not worth it. There is a hospital employee telling us what to do. I came in for a routine visit and was really disappointed with the check-in experience. ALEXIS, the clerk at the front desk, made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there. She tossed my ID and insurance card back at me, rolled her eyes, and had an overall dismissive attitude. If she put more energy into her CS skill rather than her appearance she might’ve got this one right.
