Got there early for fasting blood work, waited 1 hour 20 minutes, never got labs done, had another appointment, was late for it, now have 120 mile round trip and fasting again, and yes even scheduled appointments running 1 hour late, ridiculous!!!!
Trying to get a hold of billing to correct an issue on their end for weeks with no luck. But what I don’t get is how they got time to mail out multiple invoice notices but not answer calls regarding these invoices. Have left name and number to call back a few times and its been over two weeks on multiple attempts and still no call back. Not too sure why insurance’s conduct services with Tri-Core if it operates like this. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could I go take a family member to get labs done with a physical order and they take her blood I even have text messages proving we went to get labs done. Yet they lose the blood and the order saying they got neither. She needed blood work because she is taking thyroid medicine and needs to monitor her levels.
