As a retired nurse x 50 years I do have some history to compare medical situations This was a real lab clinic The tech was going to draw blood, dropped tubes on floor, & was going to use them Stopped her Not good stick.. had to dig for vein. “ I was hydrated and I have good veins” Was done and left Got in car and was about to get on I-10 to go home This “ tech” called and said “ oops… forgot to draw a tube, gotta come back”!!!! Was not good
Had an appointment. Kiosk wouldn’t let me check in and they told me “just take a number.” If I wanted to just walk in I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment.
Very friendly staff. Quick in and out.
Don't know why my dr recommended them. WAY under staffed. Waited over an Hour just to leave off a sample. I'll go back to using Quest!!!
