System was down
My experience at TriCore was unacceptable. I went in for a routine blood draw, but the staff didn’t have a butterfly needle available, which led to multiple painful attempts to draw my blood. On top of that, they blew one of my veins. A routine blood draw shouldn’t end this way. I won’t be returning, and I hope TriCore does a better job of ensuring both its equipment and staff meet basic standards of care.
Extremely rude. Very unprofessional. Dirty.
No professionalism or friendliness. Dirty! They had me put my urine sample in a box with other people's urine samples and it was filthy with urine stains. I was incredibly disgusted. Also they didn't give me an antiseptic wipe to wipe before urinating into the cup even though I asked. They said no. I can not imagine all the other corners being cut and the filthiness and cross-contamination there!
