I have never had a problem at this facility. Every staff member has been thoroughly well trained and very knowledgeable.
Staff repeatedly overlooks orders from multiple providers
An obviously less experienced tech lied and said she had done a lot of draws before on small toddlers. She missed the first attempt resulting in my 3 year old grandchild having to be stuck a second time by a different tech. Young pediatric patents should NOT be used as teaching tools for inexperienced staff
