I am a total needlephobe. Erika was very kind and patient. Although I got faint as I always do, she was very fast and precise, and knew what to do afterwards to help me get back to normal. Took almost no time after I got there to go in for my scheduled appointment. Thank you Erika for making a horrible time better.
Phlebotomist, here can hurt you and say there is no management, to report their misconduct. Beware, sadly, it's the day before I have to return for a blood draw. It the closest location to home and I skateboard (nomadic lifestyle), so here I go. I feel like I'm safer announcing, because a failure of closure, in a discriminative event, at your medical center. Will or can, make any patient, wary, in any medical proceeding.
My phlebotomist was amazing absolutely perfect. She was fast and talkative. I’m always gonna go to her if I can.
Most degrading, racial profiling, in disturbing experience of getting my blood drawn with amazing veins I never had. Cheers to the stabbing nurse, and the two ladies who couldn't locate management. In the front checkout before you enter the labs. Amen. P.s. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Took my 4 year old son to get his blood drawn for the first time. Highly recommend Estrella. She is such a hard a**. She was very precise and quick, got it on one try. Such a beautiful soul, did an amazing job. Thank you.
