Allison is extremely rude. She called to give instructions about the breath test (which has a 6 month waiting period) but her call was missed due to work issues. After several tries to call her back she answered rudely, rescheduled the test for 6 months later, and said she was tired of trying to make contact(she called twice in a 3 day period).
