Allison is extremely rude. She called to give instructions about the breath test (which has a 6 month waiting period) but her call was missed due to work issues. After several tries to call her back she answered rudely, rescheduled the test for 6 months later, and said she was tired of trying to make contact(she called twice in a 3 day period).
Love this location! Never a long wait to be seen, staff is amazing and I always received my results so quickly.
Good service, nice employees, and a clean location! Although there was a bit of a fiasco with my test being put in wrong by my clinic, the gal at the desk was able to fix it up for me, easy-peasy! FYI, if you're trying to get this Tricore location, please go in through the hospital main entrance, and then take the D elevator up to the 4th floor.
