Very disappointing service experience. I had a Ricoh printer that was completely non-functional and scheduled a service visit to have the issue diagnosed and repaired. The first technician, Christopher, spent approximately 10–15 minutes attempting basic toner removal and installation steps I had already performed before the visit. He told me that he did not have prior experience or training with this particular printer model and that another technician would need to be sent. Cash came in the office for a brief visit to introduce himself and tell us about the company. He is professional, easy to talk to and genuinely seems to enjoy is job!
