Over the last 8+months, Trae Simmons has worked with me and the adjuster to get a settlement with an insurance company that just didn’t want to pay for storm damage. He dealt with the adjuster. He dealt patiently with me thru lots of my frustration and impatience. When settlement finally came, he managed to get the new roof n siding on between cold snaps. The process started with Trae Simmons, who explained the process of dealing with insurance adjusters, highlighted our damage for the adjuster, and worked with us to pick the right materials and schedule a full roofing/siding/gutters replacement. Trae, our contractor with Tri- Coastal, was considerate and professional in all aspects of our roofing&siding replacement after hail damage to our house. Excellent materials and workmanship; they even identified that our roof plywood was not to code and got the upgrade approved.
