I have had the worst 3 months of my life since my husband passed away. I was referred to Tri Co by a Mobile RV shop to take care of a propane issue I was left with. And they truly went above and beyond to help me. I left with all issues resolved and a full tank of propane for my motor home. The entire crew was kind, compassionate and diligent. Trico Propane in Granger has always come through for me, and delivered propane to me when the weather conditions were extreme and many people, like me, were out of propane. This great delivery service continued during the severe ice strom of 2021, when I ran out of propane and the ability to heat my home. Absolutely horrible service over the phone. I called to have six propane bottles filled at my business. The young lady was extremely rude and condescending. She informed me that they don’t fill bottles up off of the truck. I explained to her that the website specifically stated that they provided a service where a 5 pound bottle for a barbecue pit could be filled up at a residence.
