Had a appointment yesterday, They send three e-mails reminding me of appointment. I showed up at the right time. I presented my insurance card (witch pays about 75% of the bill.) They informed me that there was a $45.00 dollar co-pay. I informed them that no one had informed me that the co-pay was due before I was allowed to see the doctor. I said send me a bill. I was informed that they do not bill. I was also informed that if i did not pay $45.00 immediately, that I would not be allowed to see the doctor. I was refused s... read more
