I have worked with Tri City Title since 2003. They are very professional, competent & efficient. I recommend them highly to all my clients.
I was the seller in a transaction that Tri City Title handled. Our check was supposed to be overnighted to us. Jan sent it UPS Ground, didn't send me the tracking (I had to reach out to her about it), and I didn't get the check until a week later. Very disappointed and frustrated in the lack of communication and being lied to.

Communication is so key and not once did I ever have any issue reaching Jan by phone or email over at tri-city. As a new investor it was very assuring to work with someone so competent and experienced. Closing went smooth and professionally. I can’t wait to work with them again.
