No staff showed up at the scheduled time. I paid the performance evaluation fees and scheduled an evaluation appointment for my son. Got an email confirmed the date and time. When we showed up at the scheduled time, no one was there. The door was locked. I called and left a message. I also sent an email. After three days, I still haven't gotten an reply. Very disappointed. I wrote to ask for a refund and will see if I will get a response.
