We recently had an incident where a contractor fell from a roof while attempting to clean the gutters. The company that was responsible for the initial work reached out to him to address the gutter issue but failed to follow up properly or communicate effectively after the incident. This lack of communication is concerning.
What an amazing company! I put in a request for an estimate and by the next day Brock was at our house get the dimensions. I was not home but that didn’t stop him from texting me and walking me through the whole process and answering all my questions. I was scheduled a couple weeks out and they completed the work in about a day. I never usually leave feedback but how could I not with this type of service. If you live in the area and our looking for new gutters Tri-City is the way to go!
I had a great experience with Brock when he came out to do my estimate he was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and assured me that my gutters would be taken care of. His first guy came and cleaned them out and he did an amazing job they barely worked at all beforehand do to extreme debris but after the cleaning alone they worked 10x better. Had gutters installed last year and a small issue crept up. I called them and they came out same day and fixed the issue IN THE RAIN. I recommend these guys, they stand by their product.
