I have seen Dr. Zaidi and his staff for several years. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Please read the reviews carefully and with an open mind that psychiatry is a very delicate field to navigate because of all the different backgrounds, traumas, and mental illness that patients come to see a psychiatrist for. I would not recommend Tri City Psychiatric Services based on my experience. Time management has been a major issue. Appointments consistently felt disorganized, and it did not seem like my time was respected. There also appeared to be a lack of understanding regarding how to transfer my care within the federal system. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion during an already stressful process. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to what defines a great psychiatrist as I have very high standards. The psychiatrist not only needs to be incredibly knowledgeable about mental health and medications, but they have to also be personable and approachable. Why is that important?
