I'm guessing people are use to being dismissed I'm not one of them though I'm currently looking else where to find another physical therapy location cause this isn't it for me they need to be more attentive to people that are in need of help to recover 5mins assessment isn't enough to know anything about a persons condition.

Great staff. Super knowledgeable, helpfull and actually listen to get to the root of issues. A little understaffed, it seems. Staff has to bounce back and forth between clients. Parking is limited, and you can not park across the parking lot due to business needing their spaces.

My doctor gave me a referral to go to this place for some Physical Therapy sessions. I never been there before, so I drove there to get my first appointment. I was welcomed by someone at the counter who started right away to ask for my insurance information, without asking why I was there, or who refereed me to this place. I have been to them for back pain and they were not able to diagnose my problem. They said I don’t need a X-ray but I was diagnosed with slip disc later on. I did not get any focused attention as therapists change after every session. There is no sense of ownership and commitment. I have struggled for weeks with no significant improvements and guidance. I will definitely not recommend this and wish I would have never wasted my time with them.
