They don’t pick up their phone when I need to schedule an appointment for my therapy and am 90% sure their therapist uses ChatGPT for their exercises
I'm guessing people are use to being dismissed I'm not one of them though I'm currently looking else where to find another physical therapy location cause this isn't it for me they need to be more attentive to people that are in need of help to recover 5mins assessment isn't enough to know anything about a persons condition.
Great staff. Super knowledgeable, helpfull and actually listen to get to the root of issues. A little understaffed, it seems. Staff has to bounce back and forth between clients. Parking is limited, and you can not park across the parking lot due to business needing their spaces.
My doctor gave me a referral to go to this place for some Physical Therapy sessions. I never been there before, so I drove there to get my first appointment. I was welcomed by someone at the counter who started right away to ask for my insurance information, without asking why I was there, or who refereed me to this place.
