I did several weeks of pre-hab for an ACL surgery and they were amazing! Their PTs were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Their front office is professional and nice, and I never had issues with insurance or scheduling. Their space felt a bit small for how many patients they had and had maybe less equipment than I've seen at other PT places, but I didn't feel like the quality of services I received suffered from any of it. I am grateful the intake specialist was honest that she and her staff do not have any specialization in hypermobility or EDS (Ehlers Danlos Symdrome). She also insisted everything she was saying was "speaking from science" but also has limited knowledge of EDS. She then incorrectly insisted EDS *MUST* have a root cause, and it didn't matter that I tried to inform her it is a chronic genetic mutation that affects my connective tissues for the long-term course of my life. Very disappointed with the service. The sessions felt rushed, my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and I saw no improvement. Long waiting times despite appointments. Definitely not worth the money.🥹
