I am grateful the intake specialist was honest that she and her staff do not have any specialization in hypermobility or EDS (Ehlers Danlos Symdrome). She also insisted everything she was saying was "speaking from science" but also has limited knowledge of EDS. She then incorrectly insisted EDS *MUST* have a root cause, and it didn't matter that I tried to inform her it is a chronic genetic mutation that affects my connective tissues for the long-term course of my life. Buen lugar
Very disappointed with the service. The sessions felt rushed, my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and I saw no improvement. Long waiting times despite appointments. Definitely not worth the money.🥹
They don’t pick up their phone when I need to schedule an appointment for my therapy and am 90% sure their therapist uses ChatGPT for their exercises
I'm guessing people are use to being dismissed I'm not one of them though I'm currently looking else where to find another physical therapy location cause this isn't it for me they need to be more attentive to people that are in need of help to recover 5mins assessment isn't enough to know anything about a persons condition.
