Average Customer Service – I visited 3 times to clinic, but I never saw Dr. Chatwani and everytime different doctors. Also, I got discount on Ist Frame for my son, but IInd time they refuse to give any discount for myself. I couldn't understand their policy on discount. It was the same associates both of the times and happen within 2 weeks time . Professional, Friendly, Patient – Dr. Chatwani's staff was warm and professional even on the phone before I made my appointment, and they were friendly when I want in to get my check up. Dr. Chatwani is professional and friendly. She explains the purpose of all the tests and what the results mean, and she took the time to explain different options for contact brands and styles. Very professional service – I have used the services of Tri-City Optometry, and I found them very professional. The eye exam was very comprehensive and precise. They also check for other problems like Glucoma. I got my glasses on time, and they are pretty accurate. I am very happy that I chose Tri-City Optometry. I definitely recommend it.
