They called my mom and told her that they couldn't take my Medicaid anymore' that she have to pay out of pocket or they dropped me. What a great first appointment experience with Tri-City Optometric! I’m new in the area and was overdue for my routine eye exam. A friend suggested Dr. Tevis. Her recommendation was 100% accurate about how wonderful he is. The service was excellent from the team as a whole. Adam got me started before I saw Dr. Tevis and after helped to get several pairs of my older glasses adjusted to perfection. I continue coming here only because of Dr. Tevis! Other than my dealings with Michelle, the other staff are very rude. A staff member by the name of Stacy was snappy with me today when I was taking too long to answer her question about how I needed my glasses adjusted.
