In April I made a purchase from what turned out to be a fraudulent website. I was hoping that my bank could help me get the money back. I was told that I didn't wait "long enough" for the purchase to arrive (this was in May, the website was not accessible anymore). I was also told that it was okay for me to close my 3 accounts with them because they were not willing to be helpful at all.
