Ive always had a great experience at all Tricity banks except for today at 1:30 pm. There was a girl named Analyane or something like that at the 76th and Oaklanhoma branch. She was rude, never smilrd, acted like she couldnt be bothered and didnt know how to cash a check. When I woul ask her a question she ignored me. That kind of personality has no business working with peoll. She didnt even give me my transaction I asked for. I couldnt wait to leave. Ugh.
If not for the "Quality "of this financial option I might have been homeless!!Integrity,honor,pride are features of this bank as a institution the personal are indeed laudable.The main reason for My continued devotion to this institution is Emily T.She goes above and beyond the call,Thank You all!!!
