I’ve been banking with this company since the mid-90s, but at this point I’m beyond frustrated. Every single time I go to use the ATM at the Capitol Dr. location—and at least half the time at the Calhoun & Bluemound location—there’s no cash available. Not occasionally. Not a rare inconvenience. This happens ALL the time. And the other locations are hit or miss, too. Took forever for a debit card.
I was working with Lina at that branch as my account was closed due to a zero balance she immediately got my account and my debit card restored & working after a quick deposit. She made me feel as if I was part of the Tri-City family, she did everything with a smile and in a professional manager
Kismet led us to this location one Saturday morning to deposit a check. Heather S took care of me at the window and I was impressed with how smart she was providing me with investing knowledge while processing my transaction. Long story short, I remembered her when it came time for an auto loan and Tri City Naitonal Bank did not fail us. Heather and Ciara ( both in the loan department) are the most amazing people I've ever done business with. This is my favorite Tri City Bank branch for a lot reasons...first the customer service is absolutely the best..in most businesses were customer service is poor or absent all together this south 27th street branch makes sure their customers are treated with respect and given the best advice in a timely fashion...The bank tellers are always friendly and accommodating as well....highly recommended
