AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE Tellers Adrianne and Dane helped identify a problem with my debit card, which now will be reissued. Also worked through the process of helping me sign up for a secured credit card.
DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GIFT CARDS. They don't disclose all the information about them. I purchased a new gift card today so I can purchase groceries for this holiday weekend however after three failed attempts I discovered that the card company blocked walmart.com cause or issues with fraud that's what the branch manager told me after the attempts however didn't disclose any other places that might be blocked and I tried at two other. This bank has the best customer service with such friendly and helpful staff. Sharon Keane, Branch Manager, has gone above and beyond helping my father and me. We are so appreciative for all of her help. I highly recommend this Tri City Bank.
I love this branch on 109th and Greenfield all tellers are awesome they are very helpful, polite and great customer service skills, and Sharon is a beautiful person inside and out she is very helpful and polite she help me close my personal acct.
