I have a checking account with Tri City National Bank. I mainly visit the branch at 10909 W. Greenfield Av., West Allis, WI. This is because all the tellers are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, especially Adrianne. She goes the extra mile to help customers.
Not sure what’s going on with Tri-City Bank these days but no matter what branch I go to. It’s terrible. Today I’m at the one on Highway 100 and Greenfield. Inside there are 10 people in line and only two tellers. So we go to the drive-through. Only one lane open and three of us sitting here. In 25 minutes. We have not moved an inch. I tried to make a deposit at their ATM and they no longer take deposits. Find a bank that’s got better services. It’s not this one!
I went into this location to get assistance with accessing my account. Lueretha Coulter assisted me and was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and made sure I tested everything before leaving. I give Lueretha 5 stars for her stellar customer service but give Tri City National Bank 3 stars for how this situation is being handled.
Very nice bank attendants. Know how to look up what a coin or bill may be worth, just ask. Clean and wide open space to walk. Their coin changer is very fast to use. Alot of parking and handy cap accessible. Just had new pavement put in parking area. Close to Hwy 100/Greenfield Ave. , grocery close and near new drive-through restaurant (check it out). Happy to be a customer for 4 years, and I can do my banking inside Pick &Save after hours and wekends.
Very friendly and helpful; not only do we have checking and savings accounts there, but lowest rate we could find on our refinancing.
