I worked in the banking field for over 17 years and I have never seen a more incompetent location or group of staff. Be very careful when banking at this location, things tend not to get done when they should. Called on a Sunday and closed a debit card due to unauthorized use. Tuesday an unauthorized transaction was allowed to go through account on a closed debit card. I really appreciate your bank! The staff is courteous and personable. The overdraft protection has been a life saver on occassion, and Tricity doesn't force your account into fees like Tcf always seems to. Thank you!
