I have been banking with Tri City for about 15 years. I am so extremely dissatisfied with this bank. The auto mated system never works. They used to have later banking hours and those were changed. I applied for a home loan and the loan officer was very rude and unprofessional. This bank used to be awesome but is going down hill extremely fast.

I have been a customer of Tricity for the majority of my time banking and the service has gone down in the last several years. I had a custodial account with Tricity and got was told that the custodian was removed from the account over a year ago. They then put the custodian back on the account, saying that they "were not able to take it off" even though it was off the account for a time. Now I cannot even deposit money into the account without having the custodian do it (who lives in another state now) and it is causing mor... read more
