This is the worst bank on earth, all locations. They make it nearly impossible to access your own money, have an unnecessary amount of hoops to jump through to get anything done, and customer service is atrocious. They are rude and inconvenient, security verification is impossible because they ask you specific things like “what was the exact date you opened your account” and if you don’t know it then they have no other security questions and state you need to come into a branch. I have been having the most inconvenient issues with this bank since. the beginning of the year. Not to speak on the two times the mobile app was updated and caused issues. But lately I call customer service and find myself on hold for more than 30 minutes. Then there was an issue of me using my card no and it being declined to learn later there is a limit. Which I was "never" informed of.The customer service has really declined
I love this branch! Every time I come in to do deposits for work, all of the ladies working at the desk are absolutely wonderful. Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help!
Very friendly staff and fast service. Whether it's coming through the drive-thru or walking into the branch, never had to be there longer than 5 or 10 minutes to do a deposit or a withdrawal.
Bank teller are Incompetent. They don't even know the accounts they offer. Had an issue cuz they charged me 2 dollars per atm withdrawal that wasn't there machine, but did it at end of month not when withdrawal were actually made. This was a reminder why I don't use banks. Higher fees and sneaky fees. Make fees make sense when I already payed fee at machine they charge one on top of that.
