Had a ***** loan with them and in the middle of home renovations they decided that because in a picture the siding was off the house and the garage is due to be torn down, the house was now worth less than the ***** amount so they froze the account and ground the process to a halt. They tote "get a ***** for home improvements" but if you actually start the work of removing old to replace with new but they see the work during that process they will freeze your account and say the house is worth less. They can not comprehend t... read more

I had two transactions that made my account negative. One transaction I forgot it was to come out so I was going to cover the transaction and fee. The second transaction was from my son ****** who charged my card even after I paid him cash. However he did refund me through cash app which brought my account to a -$31.91 on 05.15.24. I check my account at 6am this morning before leaving for work and deposited in the drop box $35.00 to cover the fee. I receive a call that my account is still in the negative because a pending fe... read more

Instead of sitting down with me and explaining why they were closing my account, which would have saved me a lot of heart ache and a lot of money from a love scam online, they just closed my account with a cryptic excuse without warning one day when I went to the bank.

Business response:

Dear ****,Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and will consider ways to improve our communication in similar instances in the future. Sincerely,Your friends at Tri City National Bank

This bank has does not respect its' clients. I received an email from them to complete a survey on my recent visit. I completed the survey, clicked submit. I received a "Thank you" for completing the survey and offered a free gift however I had to pay for shipping. Which I did by entering my bank card information. Somehow they billed me the $7.98 for shipping and an additional $82.45. I called the bank and filed a dispute against the company which Tri-City sided with them and approved the charge then charged me an overdraft ... read more

Tri City Bank is not the hometown bank that it use it use to be. The service has went down hill. My mother has been a customer for over 20 years and to watch the service she is provided go down is very sad. Just for my mother to order checks and to receive counter checks she is asked every question from her full social security number, DOB, address etc. It seemed a bit much as she has been coming to the same location for years. For my mother to tell me she would like to change banks and she is almost 80 is saying a lot about... read more

I have been with Tri City since I moved to Wisconsin in 2009. But recently, I've been noticing that a lot of their tellers have an attitude when serving you. Like today, I was at the tri city Bank inside pick n save on South 27th street. The *****woman who was "trying" to serve me, was very snide and arrogant, and yelled at me that me asking her to make a money order for a certain amount didn't make sense. So, I took my money back, told her I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED, and now I'm here making a formal complaint. I will not al... read more
