It is a pleasure doing banking at Tri-City National Bank in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Washington Road. I have done banking there for many years. It is always a pleasure to come to this branch to do my banking business. I have the opportunity at least once a week to interact with the branch staff. Crystal, Becky, Guivini, Heidi and Rachel are amazing bankers. They are all very personable and professional. The team at the kenosha location are always so up beat and welcoming. I cant even count how many times they have went above and beyond for me and others. As well as knowing everyone's name that walks through the door! What an amazing group of women! The only criticism I have is there are no lenders stationed at that location so it makes it hard to just pop in and speak with someone. All in all an awesome bank!!!
I've worked with this bank professionally and personally for the last 10+ years. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. A+
