I love this branch!! The tellers are so friendly. Jon is my favorite. Calls me by name when I walk in. Personally called me on my cell to tell me I forgot my receipt in the drive thru. I have been a customer of Tri City bank for over 50 years and would not change banks.

I have been a customer of Tri-City Bank for years. I enjoy the convenience of many locations throughout the area and 24 hour phone banking to transfer funds and keep track of my accounts, More important however, in any business, are the people that I deal with. I will NEVER go to this branch the tellers were very rude both tellers acted as if I was wasting their time, I was the one of two people in the bank however I think they need to be retrained to deal with all cultures also if your working a job the requires interactions with the public treat people the way you would like to be treated Victor also the lead teller I did not see her name badge will tell my coworkers to spread the word do no bank at this location. I was very disappointed with how they handled change of address information. I had an account with a family member, both of us went into the bank to report the address change for both of us, but it was only recorded on one, resulting in failure of sending important notifications to the proper address. When I went in to deposit a check, I was told the account was closed and they could not give me any reason as to why as it was a Sunday.
