My wife went in after a car accident. It took them 5 hours to let her go with some pain meds and they missed her concussion. They didn't even check for a concussion...I'm not a doctor and even I know to check for that after an auto accident where she's complaining of a headache even after 3 rounds of pain meds ...

If you can go to Kaiser in San Marcos I recommend that. Here at tri city there are no waiting rooms with beds. You will have to wait in a chair even if you are having cardiac symptoms. Staff can be hot or miss with the level of care. Very uncomfortable hospital though.

LOVE LOVE LOVE JAMIE!!!!!! She made the vist the best! Nicest, empathetic, most attentive person! My friend came in freaking out and she calmed her nerves and even made her laugh!! She definitely deserves a raise and an all paid vacation!

Currently within the 7th hour of writing this review of waiting for some sort of legitimate treatment. Staff have zero sense of urgency. If you are in need of treatment that is urgent, do not go here, only been seen twice as of writing this.10pm-4:31pm, and still waiting for anything

Told them I got into a CAR "WRECK" no bed to lay in, took over 4 hours to get liquid Tylenol. They knew I was a veteran so no other medication even ibuprofen. Was there for over 8 hours. Their wheel chairs are scrap metal covered in thin fake leather on wheels. Back in 2019 got jumped by 4 people and was same biased/racial treatment back then too.
