The owner who I was texting, stopped replying without any explanation. Terrible customer service. Additionally I’m reading he doesn’t return to jobs after taking payment. Will not use and I strongly do not recommend.
Clean, fast and thorough, have been their customer for 6+ years now.
I give 2 stars because I had to keep calling for almost 4 weeks to have my job done after they were paid in full. They were quick on response when i called to have the service started and quick to come and do the job, wasn't quick to complete. I called a few times and left 3 voice-mail, 1 was responded to, and I called and spoke with the rep on the phone twice and never got a call back. If I didn't have to go through all of this to get the job done, I would've given 5 stars. Never nice ppl.
