I had a a/c unit installed and they will not return my calls. The unit was not properly installed and does not produce heat and it sweats excessively. Had to install dehumidifier when house had no similar issues with old unit. I had to get a contract with another a/c company and have it corrected. Dont use these guys - go with a larger company- trust me. I am a building contractor and these guys are not professional. Not professional and not an honest person , he installed an air handler in the attic in July of 2023 , after 13 months water produced by the AC when thru the celling causing the celling to collapse . He charged me extra to put a Flow switch kill , which I gladly paid , When I called him to come and take a look at the problem , he came and said the flow switch was not even connected . THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO MY HOUSE . CHARGED ME $380.00 KNOWINGLY THAT HE HAD NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I ASKED FOR THE INVOICE EXPLAINING WHAT HE FIXED AND HE WAS RUDE . HE STATED THAT HE HAS 30 yrs EXPERIENCE AND IF I DID NOT TRUST HIS WORK TO GET SOMEONE ELSE. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE AC . HE BLOCKED ME AND DID NOT RETURN AT LEAST SOME OF THE MONEY. DO NOT USE TRI CITY AIR THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
They have been my AC company for over 20 years. They are on time, professional and great prices.
