Hoping I can give zero stars! Went in to have blood work on a Wednesday and that seemed to go well, got results pretty quickly. I also was given a test sample kit to take and return to be tested. First off I noticed on the instruction sheet it stated to have a lab form included with sample upon drop off, understandable however I did NOT receive that so I circled that and noted on sheet when I returned it. The lady who answered my call very rudely hung up on me without saying a word when I asked her a simple question. I asked, and then she just immediately hung up. Unbelievably rude. This was at the 1200 N 14th Ave, Pasco location.
My husband went in for some bloodwork following some serious surgery a a couple of weeks ago. I’ll leave names out because it doesn’t really matter anyway but one person came in and out that worked for Tri-Cities laboratory that was not wearing a mask along with the person that was helping her.
