The Tri-City Herald is the Voice of the Mid-Columbia and the daily newspaper for southeastern Washington state. The Tri-City Herald's roots are in the weekly Pasco Herald. It became a daily newspaper in 1947. In the 1970s, founder Glenn Lee sold the newspaper to the McClatchy family. Today, McClatchy is one of the nation's largest newspaper companies, yet the Tri-City Herald remains fiercely local and independent.

THis is the worst newspaper that I have ever dealt with. They will not leave me alone. Try to cancel and they continue to deliver then they bill you without your authorization. Then they send collections after you. If you pay them they consider it a renewal. Avoid these crooks and their shady business practices. HAVE PAID them for the last time. The next transaction will be a legal one.
ZERO STARS This company is the WORST ever to deal with for customer service I was charged for a paper I NEVER got every time I call they would say "ok we alerted the carrier and you will receive the paper and I can always access the digital copy online and we credited your account for 1 month" (what we were missing" and I wouldn't get any papers so call again and same exact thing Here it is 11 months (yes 11 months of this) I still have no paper and I get a $20 charge for 1 paper a week (that I still havnt gotten) So I ca... read more
I am very upset because about a week ago the herald changed the crossword puzzle page. I cannot print it anymore because of the way you rearranged it. I pay good money everymonth and have been taking the paper for 15 years or more. I have a hard time seeing and I print the puzzle out every day so I can see and enjoy it. Please put the puzzle page back the way it was. Monthly prices keep going up and the actual paper downwards.
