Needed an adjustment and was scheduled promptly and received the same high level of attention and service that they excel at.
My husband has a moderate to severe hearing loss. It has been very difficult to get him the correct ear pieces etc. Amanda and Mary have shown great patience in working with him! Any time call, we are able to get in quickly. Finally, after several attempts we have achieved success! Thanks to these 2 ladies for not giving up!
The office staff at Tri-Cities hearing is always friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile and our great communicators. Mary and Amanda are always very attentive and just amazing. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and in the products they are selling. They both take their time to thoroughly clean your hearing aids, test your hearing, and listen to and address any concerns you have. I have referred friends there who are also happy.

Highly recommend Tri-City Hearing! Everyone is incredibly nice, the environment is positive, happy & safe. From interacting over the phone, when I walked in, during the visit, to when I left everyone was so wonderful and SO helpful!! I love that I’ve found such a nice warm office to help our family’s hearing needs!
