At first she seemed OK. She came here to measure guttering, then called back the next day to give me an estimate. Then she started getting unreliable. Last week she told me she was going to FINALLY do the job Monday or Tuesday and would call Monday. She didn't call Monday, and Monday was dry all day (they don't work in the rain). She called Tuesday and said they'd do the job this Friday.
