I called them to check out a potential issue with a set of leaky windows at our family home in Kennewick. Rob showed up on time, properly identified the issue, solved the problem without upcharging or upselling, and answered all our questions. While this shouldn't be extraordinary service - these days it is and my brother and I appreciated it. Tri-City is on our "First call" list for any future window issues.

I placed my order, then called the next day my order couldnt be found. I was told someone from the shop would call me. I didnt receive a call, so called the next day. I talked w/ Steve he apologized and told me it would be ready in the mornimg for pick up. I went there after lunch. it was not ready and the gentleman at the front was less than friendly. I had to wait. when the glass was brought to my car I thought it would be wrapped. it was not. I am happy I got my glass, I was NOT happy with the experience.

Rob the technician was amazing installing our food truck window. He insured we would be happy with everything and made sure the calking, bolts and nuts were perfect and right. We highly recommend this company!
