Was Mercy now UH - The office Staff is not trained or has difficulty w communications/ or my insurance. Love my Doctor, but staff was not keeping up with my complicated case & spoke w me rudely, in turn, I had be retraumatized. No compassion for Mental Health issue and not trained in it. Confirmed my HQ DWTN. High turn over in staff. Ads for jobs on indeed all the time.
