Best dentist ever! Staff is wonderful! Dr. Spencer Lambert genuinely cares about his patients and treats everyone so well!
Update: (April 2025) I still feel the same way about this dental office & staff. They are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!! Excellent all the way! Friendly staff who actually smile & want to help you. They are willing to accommodate your schedule to get you in as quickly as possible. The hygienist is thorough. The dentist explains what he is gonna be doing and answers your questions.
Left a hole in my tooth after a root canal that made me have to have emergency surgery. This was after leaving me in the room numb for over a hour, and then asking me to “sit through” the last 10 minutes of him grinding at my teeth after my numbing was wearing off and he didn’t want to give any more. Absolutely horrible experience!
Went to get some fillings and one had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn’t fixed right. Spent at least $700 (had dental insurance) but still had to pay and then I gave them $100 to do another filling but they didn’t even do that filling they had to replace the one I kept coming back for and still hasn’t reimbursed me that money. And I had to wait for my dental insurance to renew to have two other dentists office to confirm ALL the fillings that they did needed to be REDONE! Like no… do not go there.
