My air conditioner died yesterday. Today was my 32nd anniversary. My brother-in-law suggested that I call Tri-city. I called and the owner Dan answered the phone. I explained my delima to him and he sent over Dustin within an hour. All I can say is WOW. Dustin checked my outside unit and found multiple problems. Daniel is a very kind, professional, trustworthy and informative guy. Prices are very fair and he is honest about what work needs to be done. We feel like we are in good hands. Will continue to use his services and plan on having him replace our furnace and air conditioner when he says it's time.
I can’t say enough good things about Daniel with Tri-City Elite. I had an HVAC issue that another company completely misdiagnosed and tried to push a full furnace replacement for, which would have cost me thousands. Daniel came out, took his time to properly diagnose everything, and immediately found the real issue was a simple contactor/wiring problem. Home appliances always seem to die at the worst times. My furnace stopped working & I had HELP Heating & Cooling come out for a repair. Long story short, to replace the blower motor it was going to be a MINIMUM of $1,200 with their “membership discount”. They actually wanted me to buy a whole new furnace.
