Tri-City installed one car charger perfectly for me so when it came time for another one (because we bought a second hybrid vehicle) it was a no brainer to call them. Fast, efficient and friendly, the add'l charger was installed and it, too, works perfectly. They also did terrific work for us during a major home remodel. These are go-to guys for us! A++
8/13/19 Due to the recent thunderstorm the bathroom GFCI tripped & outlets stopped working. I called Tri City Electric to schedule a service call, but Kenny knew what happened and said how about if I just talk you through resetting. I highly recommend this company, Kenny could have easily scheduled a service call. Because of Kenny’s integrity if ever I need an electrician i will be calling Tri City Electric.
Called this company to get a quote for getting some work done,person who answered the phone who said he was the owner was very rude to the extent that he hung up on me at which point I called him back and explained that it was very rude of him to just hang up on me at that time he began to apologize and explain that he was with a customer. I would never contact this company for any work,their customer services don’t warrant your business.1/4/19
