Steer clear of this company. You’ll have a 1-2 man crew and they’ll show up when ever the owner tells them. There were periods where they weren’t here for weeks. Most of the work is half @$$ed. A lot of the crew members sent here were very ‘sketchy’. Almost a year later and we are continuing to find unresolved issues or more problems. Attached is a photo of my bay window that is leaking water inside during a storm. These things should not happen when you are paying a company thousands of dollars for their work.
Initial impression was very good, as Nate, the owner, was timely with estimate and competitive price wise with other estimates we received. Work started on time as well, as it was 3-4 weeks after we signed the contract. However, this is where the positives ended. We were told it would be 1.5-2 days for all the windows to be completed. For 11 replacement windows, it took 6 days to install, caulk, and place trim on outside of windows.
