New patient here, the check-in process went smooth, as did the check-out process. Thanks to Chelsea and Sarah and Dr. Berkowitz, and the young lady who did my EKG, the whole experience was satisfactory. I place my trust wholly in Dr. Berkowitz's hands. My next two appointments for a treadmill test and echo are all set for this same location. Efficient, friendly, and caring folks here.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. First they called to confirm an appointment for the following day. Then upon arriving they tried to say that the appointment was for the previous day. Then they refused to re-schedule and would not allow me to see another doctor. Then they got annoyed when I exposed their utter incompetence by showing them the confirmation call dated the day before. This is what you get when you prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion over competence, Diversity, equity, and incompetence is m... read more

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Tri-City Cardiology or Dr. Kahlon based on the recent decline in patient care. I have been calling for 4 days to get help for my elderly father who's BP is now sky high due to Dr. Kahlon changing his medication 1 month ago. After being on hold 20 minutes it sends you to the answering service. I leave a message and am told I will get a call back before next end of business day. Day 4 and still no reply. Left another message today. These are critical calls to a heart Dr. that are going unanswe... read more

Unfortunately, Tri-City Cardiology has become nothing more than a patient mill. Unorganized, long wait times, poor communication, poor customer service; definitely make you feel like just one of the herd. Will always schedule you with a PA after your first visit due to their enormous patient load. I gave a second star because I feel that my cardiologist (Dr. Heinrichs) is a fine enough doctor; BUT...he definitely needs to work on his demeanor, communication skills and be more thorough!!

I first went to Tri-City Cardiology in June. I selected this firm off a list provided by my PCP (I will ask him not to refer anyone else). After waiting for hours, a clerk announced that the doctor would be running another 45 minutes or more late. During my incredibly brief visit, I don't think he did much more than make entries onto his computer. Running late today, I tried calling their number--placed on hold. I never did talk to a live human being. Arriving late, I was told the tech (apparently they only have one) left 15... read more
