Their method of dealing with patients on the phone is the most inadequate I have ever had the misfortune to know. I have left three messages over three days and no one has called me. Shameful way to treat cardiac patients.
I would avoid this place like the plague. My PCP said I had what looked like a grade-2 heart murmur and referred me to the cardiologist. I had to pay $35 for the office visit and $125 for the exam. Then, they tried to force me to pay another co-pay just to get the results. I said I didn't have the money and asked if the doctor could call me. I was told "yes," but I would have to pay $35 for a "teleconference." I said I didn't need a teleconference, that I only needed for the doctor to say "Your tests results are fine o... read more
