Closed the office with no advanced warning. My appointment that I’ve waited a long time for pushed back two months. I just tried to call and was on hold for 40 minutes and got disconnected. I like my doctor here but I’m looking for a new cardiologist that is more accessible.

I like the skill and demeanor of Dr. Camille Le well enough but this "practice" suffers from it's unwieldy size. It's an enormous collection of cardiologists at multiple locations which makes patient wait times on the phone insufferably long. Moreover, there are no PA's or medical assistants to assist the caller. Making simple appointment changes is excessively burdensome to the patient. What would I do in an emergency? Call 911 and maybe, just MAYBE, somebody might show up at the hospital. But, I wouldn't hold my breath. Th... read more

In addition to my physician arriving nearly an hourly late to my appointment, he also seemed to believe that chronic tachycardia and fatigue in a young adult is completely normal, and could neither recognize that his patient had experienced multiple Transient Ischemic Attacks before seeing him, nor Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome, nor chronic Orthostatic Hypertension, nor extremely obvious symptoms of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. I love this place they are very nice people and customer service orientated though some of the staff don't say much to you but I have more good than bad they all try to help you with your problem but they can only do so much.
